Hi people,
I need some help manufacturing my project and was looking for some steps on how to carry it out.
I鈥檝e done all my written work and calculations but now I need to make a 600mm by 200mm model road. It will have an Aluminum casing of 600x200 and once that is done I will lay the gravel and Asphalt.
I need help with the steps for the manufacturing of the Aluminum shell. Like marking out bending and machining etc please everyone.

I can't give you a course in metal shaping and such in this forum. Besides you don't mention shape or thickness or any other requirements such as support strength.
